Please be aware that our staff works Monday - Friday 8 Am to 4 Pm Eastern and all emails are answered in the order they are received. While we pride ourselves in maintaining no greater than a 24 hour turn around in placing your order into the mail system and 95% or greater of our orders actually arrive sooner than the estimated delivery times some orders traveling longer distances or too out of the way locals may exceed these delivery times. Please also check with your respective Customs office if your order has not arrived as many international destinations may be held up there in transit.
