Hello, my name is David Carmo. I am now 23 years of age and just acquired my BFA at Ringling College of Art and Design in 2009.

A lot of the inspiration for my work comes from my own imagination. Taking real world obscurities and wonders, then translating them through my own creative filter. Oftentimes what comes out is very detailed, graphic, and symbolic in nature. The quality of linework is very important to me and I enjoy using color as just a complement to that. I’ve loved to draw things ever since I was little and everything I’ve done since my younger days until now has been because creating is something that I need to do for myself; to express and create my own visions. Then hopefully along the way, other people will like what I do too. Also, I’m quite honored to be working with Concentric Clothing. Doing these designs has been a really smooth and enjoyable process and my hats off to the guys over there for giving me another outlet to create!
