Concentric Clothing

People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime.  When you figure out which it is, you will know exactly what to do.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed outwardly or inwardly.  They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually.  They may seem like a godsend, and they are.  They are there for the reason you need them to be.  Then, without any wrong doing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.  Sometimes they die.  Sometimes they walk away.  Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand.  What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled;  their work is done.  The prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.

When people come into your life for a SEASON, it is because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn.  They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.  They may teach you something you have never done.  They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.  Believe it!  It is real!  But, only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation.  Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person/people (anyway);  and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.  It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Early morning earthquake kills 57 in Turkey (March 8, 2010)

This morning I’ve read that a new Earthquake (6.0) has hit OKCULAR, Turkey and said to have killed 51 people in five villages. Nearly 80 aftershocks measuring up to 5.5 and 5.3 magnitude rattled the region. It was reported that the quake hit at 4:32 a.m.  near the village of Basyurt which is 340 miles east of Ankara, the capital.

We need to keep all Earthquake victims in our prayers.  With the Earth going through many stages of change, we should be expecting more adventure’s on the way. From my knowledge a restructuring of the cosmos is taking place at this time causing a cosmic tsunami all over. A friend of mine here in Sarasota Diana sent me an Email stating that the “Haiti earthquake signaled a massive heart opening for the planet. It was the precursor for the energy of the new earth…the heart energy. In this way, it jump-started the creation of our new reality. The massive earthquake that occurred in Chile was for very different reasons. And it will not be the last earth movement on the planet, as there will be more. The Chile earthquake was a precursor for the wave of light. This earthquake and others are preparing the palette for the wave of light to enter. The earth is formulating a new “bed,” or restructuring itself so that she can better receive the new light that is soon to arrive.”

So with this in mind we must pray for those lost souls and wish them a safe Journey home. We should also not be scared of these massive cosmic changes on EARTH as we are being washed with a  wave of energy or light, which is also washing over Mother Earth. There plenty more to come and the end result is harmony. Before we can experience a new birth there must be a death. Out with the old and in with the new.  It is our duty and responsibility here on Earth to help assist with the new changes.

We can do this by:

• Become ECO-friendly if possible ex: ECO-Friendly Products
• Take care of your health and become active
• Get in touch with nature and enjoy all that she offers
• Great people with a smile & Hello
• Leave people with a smile & Peace
• Don’t litter…Instead make an effort to hold onto or dispose your garbage whenever possible
• Make time to spend with family, pets, plants, etc. We all need love
• Receive at least 15-30min of sun a day. Don’t over expose and don’t use Name Brand sunscreen unless it’s an ALL NATURAL product.
• LOVE
• Respect your neighbor
• Do what is right and listen with your heart. Feelings are your best guidance. Think before you act

This is just a short list that I came up with and of course there is always more to add. Just remember you can be the problem or the solution. Mother Earth needs our help and she is yearning for our attention. Lets be kind and start listening to her. Best Wishes to all =)

I read this great book some 8 months ago before moving to Sarasota and found it to be a great read. The book “The Four Agreements” written by Don Miguel Ruiz. This here is a Toltec wisdom book and a  practical guide to personal freedom. It shows of 4 agreements that one should live by each day to bring Harmony into one’s life. I enjoyed this read and below I outlined the four agreements that can be found on the inside flap of this book as to remind yourself of your true power. I also just received as a gift from a family member the new “Fifth Agreement” which I will soon begin to read.

1) Be Impeccable With Your Word:
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using your words to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your words in the direction of truth and love.

2) Don’t Take Anything Personally:
Nothing others do is because of you. what others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you wont be the victim of needless suffering.

3) Don’t Make Assumptions:
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness, and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

4) Always Do Your Best:
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

Don Miguel Ruiz was born into a family of healers, (The Toltecs) and raised in rural Mexico by a healer(mother) and a shaman (grandfather). Sacred Geometry is defined as opening the heart and mind to conscious evolution through geometric models. It is the study of geometric forms and the metaphorical relationships to transitions of mind, emotions and spirit. The transition of the human spirit can be seen in the transition of one geometric form to another through its own evolvement moving into higher and higher patterns. This is the way of the heart as well. The spiral is the most obvious symbol of this evolution of consciousness.

Sacred geometric forms are not stagnant. They are in constant flux, evolving or devolving from one geometric form to another at their own speed or vibratory frequency. We can, through observing and studying sacred geometric form, tune our selves into that vibration and resonate with the frequency of the sacred geometry to cause insights and revelations within our own four body system in sacred harmony. We are resonating with that geometry and it is bringing balance, and upliftment as we harmonize with it.

The chemtrail “conspiracy” theory holds that some contrails are actually chemicals or biological agents deliberately sprayed at high altitudes for a purpose undisclosed to the general public. The existence of chemtrails has been repeatedly denied by government agencies and scientists around the world.The term chemtrail is derived from “chemical trail” in the similar fashion that contrail is an abbreviation for condensation trail. It does not refer to common forms of aerial spraying such as crop dusting, cloud seeding or aerial firefighting. The term specifically refers to aerial trails allegedly caused by the systematic high-altitude release of chemical substances not found in ordinary contrails, resulting in the appearance of supposedly uncharacteristic sky tracks. Believers of this theory speculate that the purpose of the chemical release may be for global dimming, population control, weather control, or biowarfare and claim that these trails are causing respiratory illnesses and other health problems.

A new devastating 8.8 earthquake hit Chile yesterday (Feb, 27 2010). This massive quake tore down buildings, bridges, and ripped open highways which was centered about 70 miles offshore from the port city of Concepcion. From what I have read, the death toll is somewhere around 300 which is expected to rise as the days progress. With the images of the destruction and death’s of Haiti last month still fresh in our minds, today we all- worldwide- woke up to a new natural disaster in Chile.

We all need to understand whats happening on a spiritual level to really understand what’s going on with Mother Earth today. The Earth (Home) is strongly connected to each and everyone of us just like how we are all connected to Earth physically and spiritually. As we near the turning point towards enlightenment within the next couple of years our body’s have been and will continue to evolve and switch on genetic codes. This may produce temporary symptoms which cannot be cured by medicine such as: Migraines, Headaches, Joint pain, ADD, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Sleeplessness, etc.
Worldwide people of all races and all religions are receiving these new upgrades absolutely free of charge and experiencing some sort of physical and mental imbalance. Mother Earth herself is receiving this great upgrade as well. What we are noticing as far as natural disasters are 100% normal or 100% equivalent to OUR temporary symptoms that we are experiencing today.

What we need to do is center ourselves each night and send out positive loving energy to those of these horrible disasters. But lets not also forget the innocent Palestine civilians which are also being killed by our ruthless dictators. We should not forget these amazing beautiful people of brown skin and amazing culture. While keeping these unfortunate people all over the world in our intentions and prayers let us also meditate for our soldiers worldwide, who are fighting a war that they do not understand yet. Intend, pray, and send out beams of white light energy to help them place there weapons of destruction down on the floor. Let us not forget our Mother. Mother Earth also needs our thoughts and healing energy. The more we help her out the better the world will be in time.
This is a simple process which can be done right before you go to sleep or anytime during the day. Just remember what you put out you get back; so if your in need of support, love, freedom, peace, happiness and unity I suggest you put out some good energy.

I’m really excited that we are all coming together spiritually, concentric to one another with an understanding on another level. Let us meditate, pray, and intend for a better world. That’s what we are here to do at this point in time. “Become the change you wish to see”

I came across an article a few days ago about a program called “Art from Ashes.” Art from Ashes Inc. is a Colorado nonprofit organization formed in 2003 to address the therapeutic needs of high-risk young people through poetry and other creative arts. It’s based upon the same concept Russell Simmons put together called Def Poetry Jam. ART FROM ASHES brings to us one of my favorite art forms ever…Poetry; more or less the spoken word or word poetry. Now this isn’t a competition like a ‘Poetry Slam’ and these young poets are not judged. The spoken word or word poetry is such a strong art form because of the content and the manner of delivery and passion behind the poets words. It provides a therapeutic effect to the high-risk youths, including youth in residential treatment, those who live in urban settings, are homeless, incarcerated, court-involved—any young person in need of hope and a self-determined future. I give this non-profit ‘High Fives All Around’ in sending and helping with a positive message. =)

ART FROM ASHES ~ mission statement explains it all very well. The Mission of Art from Ashes is to empower struggling youth through poetry and other therapeutic workshops that facilitate expression, connection and transformation.
