Friend’s, last night I was messing around with Photoshop and came across a tutorial on creating typography wallpapers. I’ve seen this neat and interesting design done on many posters and such at the mall but never realized that I could do this cool effect myself. So I made this wallpaper free for all of you and my visitors to download…themed PEACE. Also is a quote by Robert Fulghum that I included to give it that nice touch. I hope you enjoy the message and remember to move positively in the direction of your dreams. Peace everyone =)

Polaris, Sirius and the Big Dipper are several key marker stars that were identified by the Ancients and used by them for orientation and timing.

The Pole Star:

The Pole Star helped ancients navigate at night showing them the location of celestial north which is the point in the sky directly above the rotational axis of the Earth. Every 26,000 years celestial north traces out a rough circle called precession, because Earth “wobbles” as it spins, kind of like a top. This precession means that we can date buildings and historical events by identifying which star was the Pole Star for the cultures of the period. Today, the  north celestial pole is marked by Polaris, technically known as Ursae Minoris.

Sirius:

Sirius AKA “Canis Majoris,” is the brightest star in the sky and one of the closest to Earth. It has also been known to be called the “dog star” after the name of its constellation Canis. Sirius was significant for the ancient Egyptians because its heliacal rising brought the message of the rush of water into the Nile and the beginning of the year. The term heliacal rising refers to the appearance of the star in the few minutes before dawn, before the Sun (Helios) rises and obscures the light of the stars. Stars are most easily plotted as they rise and set over the eastern or western horizons.

The Big Dipper:

The Big Dipper is sometimes called the Plough, is close to the Pole Star and points to it. The Big Dipper is always visible at night in the Northern Hemisphere. It never actually sets below the horizon, but circles around the Pole Star like the hands on a clock. It’s path around the Pole Star can actually be used to tell the time at night or the season of the year. The ancient Chinese appreciated this constellation as a time-keeper and pole-pointer as the home of the nine flying stars of classical Feng Shui and the dark god of the north.

Friends,

Being creative again but this was made a few days ago. I had made a 4×6 (Promo flyer) to promote my company when I visit stores along with other material I put together. So I came up with this concept. The artwork was done by Ringling Grad Eric Bonhomme (titled: Third Eye for womens). I think it’s so cool, so I had to put it up.

Hey Friends,

I was just messing around with photoshop today on my day off and came up with this design. I like it a lot though it has a Christmas feel to it. I was just being creative so I figured I would share this with you all. =)

I get discouraged now and then
When there are clouds of gray,
Until I think about the things
That happened yesterday.
I do not mean the day before
Or those of months ago,
But all the yesterdays in which
I had the chance to grow.
I think of opportunities
That I allowed to die,
And those I took advantage of
Before they passed me by.
And I remember that the past
Presented quite a plight,
But somehow I endured it and
The future seemed all right.
And I remind myself that I
Am capable and free,
And my success and happiness
Are really up to me.

Oil Pulling Therapy an unusual simple healing process using cold-pressed oils. People all over the world have claimed amazing results with this absolutely harmless biological healing method. What people like most about this healing method is its simplicity of swishing cold-pressed oil in the mouth. The healing process comes from the belief & faith that the body will heal itself. Using this kind of therapy, it is possible to heal tissue’s, cells and all organs simultaneously as reported by Dr. F. Karach, M.D., who presented a paper before the All-Ukrainian Association of oncologists and bacteriologists belonging to the Academy of Science of the USSR .  Dr. Karach says human beings are living only half their life span. They could potentially live to be 140 to 150 years old.

This self therapy is said to have healed illnesses effectively such as:

  • Headaches
  • Bronchitis
  • Lung and liver conditions
  • Toothache
  • Thrombosis
  • Blood diseases
  • Arthrosis
  • Paralysis
  • Eczema
  • Gastric ulcers
  • Intestinal disorders
  • Heart and kidney ailments
  • Encephalitis
  • Nervous conditions
  • Female disorders

The process consists of swishing cold-pressed vegetable oil in the mouth in the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach. Swishing the oil around the mouth activates the enzymes in your saliva and draw’s out the toxins in the blood. It’s is recommend to not swallow the oil for it has now become toxic. As the process continues (25 min), the oil gets thinner and white. During the oil swishing process one’s metabolism is intensified which leads to improved health most noticeable by the results of fastening of loose teeth, the elimination of bleeding gums and the visible whitening of the teeth. To accelerate the healing process, it can be repeated three times a day, but always before meals on an empty stomach.

Watch the video and technique by clicking here

Precautions:

  1. Do not swallow. The oil should be spat out. But inadvertently if you swallow there is nothing to worry. It will go out through feces.
  2. If you are allergic to a particular brand of oil, change the brand of oil or oil itself to different oil.
  3. Sunflower and Sesame oil have been found to be equally effective in curing diseases. Other oils were not found to be as good. Do not blame oil pulling by practicing with other oils.

*** Remember USE COLD PRESSED OIL’s as first choice, if it is not available use REFINED OIL

Enjoy this Therepy =)

Risks

Once a person starts to be wrong, instantly anything is possible. Your no longer trying to be perfect, as you jump from your comfort zone and cannon ball into the “unknown” of chance, mystery & opportunity relying on pure guts & faith. There’s no way of knowing whats going to happen as you take this journey, and there is more of a chance that it will be more exciting then if you were to be right & comfortable.

Being wrong carries a risk, but that risk is a learning point in ones life to grow & move forward. Usually, the risk and the whole idea of being wrong can scare a person because of what others will think of them. People should begin to realize that taking a risk is basically the measurement of a person. People who don’t take risks, live in comfort and never grow. These people believe in preserving what they have, because loosing it and sometimes all of it, is a risk most wont take even if the end result is growth and fulfillment. This applies to everything in nature, from an Ant to an Elephant. No matter how big or how small, how beautiful or how ugly, your either growing or dying. People who take risks often end up having more in the long run living a healthier lifestyle.

Uncomfortable Feelings = Growth

Comfortable Feelings = Death/No growth

Some risks we take may have a future, and most people call them wrong because of a deep rooted fear. Then again, being right may be like walking backwards proving where you’ve been. The simple act of being wrong isn’t anywhere in the future or in the past, but being here in the NOW, The PRESENT, taking the risks.

It’s Right To Be Wrong. Don’t you agree?

Jan, 9th-2010

Today here on this rainy day in Sarasota FL,  I woke up and was in luck to have my picture taken at Elysian Fields right off  of Tamiami Trail. This is my second photo and it was so much different than my first Aura picturing that I am amazed how my energies shifted. Kay Simon was my Aura interpreter and she is really awesome! Click HERE to view my first AURA.

The colors, there meaning, there representaion:

Red – Passionate, Creative, Forceful, Energetic, Sensual, Powerful

Yellow- Optimistic, Spontaneous, Happy, Analytical, Intelligent, Friendly

Orange- Artistic, Creative, Emotional, Sharp Intellect, Hard Worker.

On the far right you notice a huge cluster of yellow as well as over my head (which you can’t see) and she described to me that those are my Angles that are with me. She also stated that I am really smart and have a really high IQ, while at times I may feel I don’t fit in with the rest of society because of the way I think. She said I’m definitely here on Earth for a right reason and have a special purpose or mission. I agreed with her because I know this already and what it is lol =)

Left Side (Future)

The colors on the left side is normally the vibration coming into my being. The closer it is to me, the sooner it will be felt. A few moments, hours, or as long as a few months. Like the rising sun, yellow brings warmth. Yellows represent the intellect. Each shade or tint of yellow expresses a type of function, ability, or expression of the intellect, from the craftiness of a mustard yellow, to the high thought of golden yellow. I approach the future with a sense of excitement and joy.

Center (Experience)

The colors seen over my head is what I experience in the now. It is the color that would best describe me. My color is high so it mean aspirations, or what I wish to be. Creative, Artistic would best describe me. The orange represents energy with mental direction. I am alive, artistic, perceptive creative. Constructive self expression is important to me.

Right side (Expression)

The colors on the right side is traditionally the energy being expressed. The vibrational frequency most likely seen or felt by others around me. Many times, my friends will think this is the energy that I am made of. However, it is what I am putting out to the world.

The world sees me as cheerful. Gold is the brightest color. I may find myself the center of attention, with others revolving around me. Radiant, and expansive. I represent relaxation, a release from burdens, problems, harassment or restrictions. My energy shines from me like the warmth of the sun, giving happiness and joy to all who stand in the radiance of my smile. =) And I do smile a lot hahahahaha

I’m the type of guy that loves Crystals and carries them with me almost all the time for their healing energy and vibrations. Crystal’s and their healing properties were recorded more than 3,500 years ago by Ancient Egyptians, and by cultures in China and India. We are all crystal experts if we trust out intuitive powers; and in our crystal work we can access a universal well of crystal wisdom, passed through our genetic heritage. According to the Ancient Greek philosopher Plato, crystals are formed from the stars and planets. The Australian Aboriginals and the Native North Americans consider crystals the bones of mother earth. =)

My favorite 5 are:

  1. Clear Quartz
  2. Amethyst
  3. Citrine
  4. Rose Quartz
  5. Tigers Eye

Amethyst

Amethyst which is often called the all-healer, is one of the most effective crystals for any kind of healing work. It is effective for people, animals and plants and can even recharge other crystals with healing powers. It is potent for ailments of both mind and body, especially emotional problems. It is helpful with addictions, including those related to alcohol and food. By placing a Amethyst crystal on the stomach or liver, it helps to soothe problems in those area’s. If you keep Amethyst under your pillow, it prevents insomnia and nightmares. It soothes headaches, relieves eyestrain, and helps to maintain the blood-sugar balance.

Clear Quartz

Clear Quartz is the most common mineral on earth. The word crystal comes from krystallos (Clear Ice~Ancient Greek) celestial water from the heavens that the deities froze so it would never melt. According to legend, Hercules dropped the crystal of truth from Mount Olympus and it shattered into millions of peices that we find today as clear quartz. Australian Aboriginals called clear quartz the living spirit and mekigars (magic men and women) had crystal quartz inserted into their skin by, Balame, the ALL FATHER, which gave them magical and healing powers. In China, crystal quartz was regarded as the essence of the dragon; it was considered to be pure chi, or life force.

Citrine

Citrine is associated with the crown and solar plexus chakras. Citrine releases joy and brings spiritual powers into the everyday world. Citrine was supposedly a powerful transmitter of solar healing energy in Atlantis. Citrine is known to melt away pain, doubt, sorrow, tension, and infuse body, mind and spirit with a sense of well-being and optimism. It is commonly called the sun stone because it is said that citrine holds pure sunight and never adsorbes any negativity. It has been famed for improving communication, increasing selling power and for attracting money or business.

Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz is the crystal of gentle love, and has an affinity to the heart chakra. It is the crystal of peacemaking and is associated with practical gestures of concern. Rose quartz is lucky for those born under the sign of Taurus. Rose quarts indicates you may become a peacemaker either within your family or at work. It also indicates blossoming love and friendship or a gentler enduring love after the first passion of relationship has faded or after betrayal, again indicating the possibility of reconciliation. It is an excellent stone for bringing peace. It is also good for ongoing protection against intrusion.

Tiger's Eye

Tiger Eye is said to contain the power of the sun and of the earth and so can translate pure energy into material success. The Ancient Egyptians used it for amulets to transmit the power of Ra, the sun god. Tiger’s eye is said to bring luck and good fortune. It is associated with the tiger, the king of beasts in Eastern myths. In Japan, the tiger was believed to live for a thousand years. Roman soldiers carried tiger’s eye so they would be brave in battle. It is an excellent crystal if you are involved in money-making ventures or planning a new project. It can also slow down a hyped up system while gently energizing a weak or exhausted person. One of my most favorite crystals and I love how it changes color…It just attracts me to the Nth Degree.

BIRTHSTONES:

This is a section that I will dedicate your astrological sign plus the birthstone just in case you don’t know what it is. =)
[table id=3 /]

Deep Breathing

Today I will be covering Chakra breathing techniques so you can activate your Chakra’s and benefit from the Universal energy which will also change your vibrational level affecting the electromagnetism within. Now by taking a deep breath into your lungs, you start draw in the universal energy that is also referred to as chi, prana, or spirit energy in other cultures. This is true energy which exists everywhere from in the air, to the tree’s, the rock’s, all over the Earth, and even in the water.

HEART CHAKRA BREATHING TECHNIQUE:

FIRST make sure your sitting in a comfortable upright position. This can be an Indian style or in a chair with your palms resting on your lap, shoes off, and body erect. You can have your chin tucked in slightly to make it more comfortable but keep you spine straight. Keeping your spine straight is most important for this exercise.

Begin by taking a deep breath through your nose and expand your belly as you breath in. Feel your chest expand as you draw in the air that contains the universal energy. By doing this it allows the heart chakra to open up slightly. Hold your breath for about five seconds. By holding your breath for this short time, you allow the Universal Energy that is in your lungs to affect your whole body by recharging your circulatory system.  This chi energy will then work its way through your whole being thus making your aura field expand. At this point you should feel more relaxed and centered.

After the 5 seconds of holding your breath, release it slowly and evenly through your mouth. Wait a moment and then repeat the above steps 2 more times in a slow even manner. Just by doing this exercise a total of three times has the greatest effect on your body and aura. After completing this exercise just relax for a few moments, and let your thoughts wander a bit.

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA BREATHING TECHNIQUE:

When you are ready, take another deep breath through your nose, but this time draw the breath deep down inside into your diaphragm. Concentrate on your solar plexus as you breath in, and you will feel this area rising if you are doing the technique correctly. Hold your breath for five seconds and this will draw the universal energy into the solar plexus activating your center slightly. Evenly release your breath through your open mouth and repeat this technique 2 more times and just let yourself relax. Allow your thoughts to drift and wander.

Breathing Exercise

Pranayama (“Breath Control”)

Pranayama helps to burn out the toxins which were released into the blood stream by asanas. Just as asanas give us control over the physical body, the pranayama helps us to gain control over prana (A.K.A CHI, UNIVERSAL ENERGY),  and ultimately control over the mind.

Deep Breathing:

Technique:

Sit with an upright posture with the spine erect. Inhale slowly, expanding first the abdomen, then the lower chest, and then the upper chest until the collar bones rise. Then begin exhaling by allowing the collar bones to droop, then contract the chest and the abdomen. The breath should be one continuous flow throughout the practice.

Benefits:

This way of breathing utilizes the full capacity of the lungs and enables you to inhale about 7 times more oxygen than normal shallow breathing which almost all of us do. This can be practiced anytime during the day, and is extremely effective in calming intense emotions and lowering stress/anxiety.

Skull Shining:

Technique:

This is a rapid diaphragmatic breath, snapping the abdomen in on the exhale. The inhale happens passively, by relaxing the abdomen to allow the breath to return. Have about 15 expulsions in a rapid succession, then exhale deeply and return the breath to normal. Start with 3 rounds each day and gradually increase the number of expulsions per round and number of rounds.

Benefits:

Raises energy in the system, making you alert, stimulates blood circulation, burns impurities and cleanses the nerves in the skull.

Nerve Purification:

Technique:

This is alternate nostril breathing. Make a gentle fist with the right hand. Extend the last two fingers and the thumb, and draw the hand up to the face. Block the right nostril with the thumb. Exhale through the left nostril, inhale through the left nostril and then switch nostrils. Continue that pattern, exhale, inhale, switch nostrils. When you get familiar with this, incorporate DEEP BREATHING, and being to count the lenghts of the inhales and exhales, eventually making the exhale twice as long as the inhale.

Benefits:

Alternate nostril breathing helps to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Whereas SKULL SHINING raises energy, NERVE PURIFICATION balances the energy. Excellent preparation for meditation. Calms and quiets the mind, and cleanses the nervous system.

Enjoy your day in all that you do =) Love, Light, Peace, & Happiness,

Namaste

The first crop circle was discovered Wiltshire, England in August 1980. It was 60 feet in diameter and based entirely on Euclidean geometry, as with most crop circles. A few years later three more crop circles appeared. Since then the numbers and complexity has increased. In order to view these great geometric masterpieces it must be viewed from above to appreciate the designs.

Not many people understand what causes the phenomenon of crop circles. Some have said it to be because of UFO’s, 2 drunk guys bending the stalks with a simple man made device (walk-board) or electrically charged whirlwinds. It is also an interesting phenomena that you find interference with electrical equipment like phones and recorders when around or in the crop circles. Some may think these are messages from ET’s from other planets in other galaxies and I would agree. Others suggest it’s a military operation and I would also agree to that. Because of no physical proof I take all information as just that and I believe all possibilities.

Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire is home to both a number of military installations and is also the site of many ancient stone circles and precision key lines. Many of these crop circles are often generated within a single night which can be very hard and time consuming for pranksters. In July of 1996, within a 45 min period, a HUGH crop circle consisting of 151 circles appeared opposite of Stonehenge in Wiltshire off of A303.  3 people confirmed (pilot, gamekeeper, security guard) that it had not been there before 5:30PM, but by 6PM that same day the massive formation was spotted by passerby’s.

Plato called these 3D polygons perfect, and he defined these five solids as:

  1. Tetrahedron | 4-sided (Tetra = 4 )
  2. Hexahedron | 6-sided (Hexa = 6 )
  3. Octahedron | 8-sided (Octa = 8 )
  4. Dodecahedron | 12-sided (dodeca = 12 )
  5. Icosahedron | 20-sided (Icosa = 20 )

Only five solids can be made up of regular polygons even though millions of shapes are composed of irregular polygons. Due to this rarity, both Aristotle and Plato asssumed they formed the building blocks of matter and so matched the five solids with the four classical elements plus ether.

The first three belong to Pythagoras and the last two belong to Theaetetus. Plato was not the first to think of them but these five solids became an important part of both practical and mystical geometry. The word hedron simply means surface, and although the solids look complex they are actually quite simple.

THE FIVE PLATONIC SOLIDS IN DETAIL + CHART:

The Cube (earth) and the Octahedron (air) are geometric “Duals” meaning that one can be created inside the other by connecting the midpoints of all faces. It is infinite and you can create one inside another inside another for infinite amounts of time. As the cube is the dual of the octahedron, so the dodecahedron is the dual of icosahedron, while the tetrahedron is a dual of itself. This means that there is a special relationship between earth and air, and between water and ether, while fire can only “generate” itself.

Euclid [325-2650], known as the father of geometry, is responsible for assembling almost all the world’s knowledge of flat-plane (Flat surface geometry) and 3D geometry in one book. His work, together with the work of Pythagoras, forms the basis of all sacred geometry. It is only in the last few centuries that any significant geometry has been added to what Euclid laid down 2,300 years ago. Euclid probably first studied mathematics in Athens with some of Plato’s students. He also wrote close to a dozen of other books on topics, such as music, mechanics and optics, but only four actually survive. Optics, contains some of the earliest studies of perspective.

The ancient Greeks using geometry have built the calculations of harmony that go to make up sacred-geometry and it’s step-by-step logic is the basis of modern scientific reasoning. The Greeks created ideals of classical beauty, stunning architecture and the logical scientific approach to solving problems. These ideals and knowledge of form and proportion are the foundation of sacred geometry as we know it today. At the heart of Western science, Greek geometers helped to build strong foundations of architecture, astronomy, mechanics, and optics. Euclid “arranged” geometry; and Pythagoras explained the inherent sacredness of numbers.

Euclidean geometry needs only a compass and straightedge. In the 13 books of Elements, it gives most of the geometric knowledge of Euclid’s time, containing all we know about plane geometry (Flat surface geometry) and much that we know about spheres, cones, and other 3-d figures.

In  [624-546 BC] Thales of Miletus sometimes referred to as the “father of deductive reasoning’ was one of the first to bring the science of geometry from Egypt to Greece three centuries before Euclid. Plato [427-347 BC] founded the Academy in 387 BC that flourished until 529 AD. Plato’s book Phaedo supported Pythagoras by attempting to prove that numbers and figures are the perfect noumenal forms behind manifested reality. After some time around [417-369 BC] Theaetetus of Athens created the solid geometry of the five Platonic solids and his work fascinated Renaissance writers with proportion and sacred geometry. Eudoxus of Cnidus [408-355 BC] devised methods for determining the area of circles and the volumes of pyramids and cones. His works were about proportion and harmony and become key factors in Greek architecture and sacred geometry. Eudoxus work inspired Book V of Euclid’s Elements. This volume is of particular importance to the study of sacred geometry.
